Steven Ferrelli brings a powerful combination of financial expertise, local knowledge, and a client-first mindset to Lamacchia Realty’s Northborough Office. A lifelong resident of the MetroWest area, Steve grew up in Ashland and now lives in Upton. He earned degrees in Business Administration and Marketing from Worcester State University before building a successful banking career, holding roles in wealth management and retail branch management across MetroWest and Greater Boston.

In 2023, Steve transitioned into real estate, blending his financial background and deep community ties to guide buyers and sellers through one of life’s most important decisions. He is committed to delivering the highest level of service, providing personalized guidance, and helping clients achieve their real estate goals with clarity and confidence.

He’s also passionate about giving back, regularly supporting organizations such as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Boston Children’s Hospital, Bay Path Humane Society, and The Michael Lisnow Respite Center.
