Sharon has had a lifelong fascination with homes, a passion that began in childhood when she would imagine what the inside of every house might look like. That curiosity has evolved into a fulfilling career in real estate, where she brings both creativity and care to every client interaction.
Before transitioning to real estate, Sharon practiced as a pediatric nurse, providing support and comfort to children and their families during some of their most challenging times. That experience developed her skills in communication, client education, and professionalism—qualities that now serve as the foundation of her approach in real estate. She is deeply committed to building lasting relationships with her clients, grounded in trust, compassion, and integrity.
A lifetime resident of Massachusetts, Sharon grew up in Wayland and later lived in Natick before settling in Marlborough. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, crafting, reading, and quilting.
What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?
“As a newer agent, I looked for a solid training program as well as a community of people who desire to support me in developing my career. I found this as I attended a morning training meeting. The other agents put me at ease as soon as I walked in the door. I saw how they supported each other as well as all the programs available to help me thrive in my career. I knew at that point that Lamacchia was the place for me.”
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“I enjoy outdoor activities such as walking, biking and kayaking, as well as indoor activities of crafting, quilt making, and reading. Most of all, I enjoy getting together with my family and having a good laugh.”
Do you have a favorite charity?
“Our family enjoys sponsoring children living in impoverished countries through Compassion International. This sponsorship allows a child and their family to receive an education and quality food, along with the other things we all need to thrive. The hope is to break the cycle of poverty for that family and ultimately, their community.”
What is your favorite thing about your job?
“I love meeting new people! No two transactions are the same, so the variety of each day makes this job exciting and constantly a growing experience.”
What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?
“As a New Englander it is difficult to admit, but I am not a huge sports fan. However, I do enjoy a good college hockey game and have season tickets to Boston University Men’s Hockey. Go BU!”
