Natalie’s passion for real estate started in 2020 when she bought a multi-family house in Southern New Hampshire. Through investing in real estate, she networked with many agents, lenders, and investors and decided she needed to be a part of the community! Natalie now owns numerous multi-family properties and loves the financial freedom it gives her, as well as the opportunity to retain multiple cash-flowing assets. Investing in real estate gave Natalie the drive to get her MA&NH real estate license, and now she wants to help other people be happy and comfortable in their own homes; whether that be buying a multi-family and house hacking it to pay down the mortgage, or buying their dream home and being cozy and relaxed in their own space. She believes communication is key when helping people buy or sell their homes, and being a Cardiac Lab technologist for over 6 years has given her the skills to multi-task, and always remain at ease in any sticky situation. Natalie has her associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology, and also her bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Southern New Hampshire University.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“Outside of work, I love hanging with my cats and my fiancé on our porch reading, riding my bike, traveling, going to the beach, and going to the gym.”

What is your favorite part of your job?

“My favorite part about my job is being able to help people find their forever homes.”

Do you have any pets?

“Yes! I have 2 cats, Bellatrix and Nova, and they are my babies!”
