Growing up with a mother in real estate, Nicole has always had an interest in helping people not only find a place to live, but also one they love. She decided to pursue a career in real estate to learn more about the industry, and so she and her fiance, at the time, could invest in a multi-family property to live in. Now, Nicole’s goal is to share her knowledge with other first time home buyers, upsizers, downsizers, investors, relocators, etc. Her ultimate goal is to make the process easier and make others feel more comfortable with buying and selling, to make it as stress free as possible! Many would describe Nicole as patient, thoughtful, personable, and sincere.
Prior to real estate, Nicole studied Marketing and Advertising at Quinnipiac University then worked in media sales first in television at CBS & NBC, and then worked in radio sales for iHeartMedia. These experiences taught her the power of marketing and that she loves working with people to help them achieve their goals!
Nicole was originally born and raised in NY but moved to Methuen, MA 8 years ago. In 2024, she bought her first single family with her husband before welcoming their first baby and has been living in Salem, NH ever since.
What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?
“I chose Lamacchia for the resources and support throughout the company. The training and staff are second to none, and i believe behind every successful agent is a successful company to back them up! I also believe the more successful the company and its agents are, the more successful each of our clients will be!”
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“I love to workout and live a healthy lifestyle. I love to go to family events and parties on the weekends and enjoy date nights with my loving husband. We love raising our daughter, and plan to grow our family even more. We are a half Italian half Portuguese household, so good food & music are very important to us. Being from NY, my sports teams pretty much oppose my husband’s New England teams, but we have fun with the continued rivalry.”
