The most significant lesson they learned from purchasing their own multifamily property in 2020 is the ability to leverage it for the acquisition of their next home and generate passive income.
In addition, Allyssa and Keith are devoted parents to twins and share a strong partnership in both their personal lives and careers. When Allyssa isn’t busy selling real estate or working on online homebuyer resources, she dedicates her time to nurturing her young children. Despite her busy schedule, she always prioritizes personal growth, which contributes to her positive perspective and ultimately fuels her success as a professional in her field.
You’ve been in the business for quite some time. What made you decide to switch to Lamacchia Realty?
“As a mom of young twins, I need to ensure my time is spent wisely. Lamacchia offers so many “done for you” resources which will make my life and business so much easier to handle if and when “life happens” and I can’t be 100% for my clients. I feel comfortable knowing I have a whole team behind me to help me get each client and deal to the finish line.”
