SARAH CHAISSON

Sarah’s journey with Lamacchia began in 2004, starting part-time in Anthony’s home office handling bookkeeping tasks. By 2005, she transitioned to a full-time role and has since held various positions within the company. Starting as an administrative assistant, she managed a wide array of responsibilities including client communications, financial transactions, and operational oversight.

From 2007 to 2010, Sarah excelled as the office manager, where she overlooked hiring, staff training programs, and streamlined operational processes. Since 2010, Sarah has continued to play a pivotal role across all facets of the company, including a tenure as Director of Operations. Her collaboration with Anthony has been instrumental in resolving operational challenges and enhancing sales strategies.

Sarah’s notable achievements include her pivotal role in developing, launching, and maintaining a customized Salesforce CRM in 2014, transforming company operations and agent efficiency.  In September 2020, Sarah was featured in an edition of the Boston Business Journal. The article, “5 Minutes with Sarah Chaisson of Lamacchia Realty,” highlighted her longstanding dedication to Lamacchia Realty and her vision for its future.
