Julie grew up in Shrewsbury and has lived in the Wachusett region with her husband and 3 children for the past 10 years. She has a Business Marketing degree from UMASS Dartmouth and previously worked as an Account Executive in an advertising agency before leaving that to start a family. She always had an interest in Real Estate and was looking for a career with flexible hours to continue to be home with her children while they are still young. Being a Realtor was a great fit all around. She’s used to juggling multiple projects simultaneously, working with many different personalities and uses her marketing background to properly and successfully market her listings to stand out amongst the competition. After almost 3 years in real estate she joined Lamacchia Realty and is excited to grow her business.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“I love to travel and I love listening to live music. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and watching my 3 babies turning into little people. ”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“I have 2 charities that are important to me: The Lupus Foundation of New England and The MS Society.”

“I like matching people with their perfect home and seeing the excitement when it becomes a reality.”

What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?

“Patriots and Bruins! We also love soccer in my family – all of my boys including my husband play on a team.”

I had to sell my family home after 58 years of ownership, Julie was recommended by my sister and the moment Julie came to the house to discuss the sale I knew she would be perfect to help sell our family home. Julie was very quick to make suggestions regarding staging and marketing of the home. I think we picked the worst time to go to market as the rates were rising quickly and homes were sitting on the market longer due to the uncertainty of the housing market. However, Julie was not deterred at all and was excited to help me make my parents proud of their legacy. She suggested the sales price and the offer was over asking! Julie answered all of my questions and made sure I understood the answers, she was very clear as to the closing process and helped guide me through. I was introduced to Julie by my fiance after having unremarkable experiences with previous realtors. After the sale of our previous home and purchase of our new home, I can say "In Julie we trust!"
