Patrick Murphy is a dedicated REALTOR® with a thorough background in both real estate and finance. His career in real estate began in 2006, where he first made his mark as an accountant and financial analyst for privately held real estate investment companies.

By 2019, Patrick had advanced to the role of Partner and Chief Financial Officer at a local real estate investment firm, before making a strategic transition to becoming a full-time REALTOR®.

With over a decade of experience in the financial side of real estate, Patrick has developed a deep understanding of the factors that drive value in the market. Having lived in Arlington, Boston, Burlington, and Carlisle, Patrick possesses a multitude of knowledge of northeastern Massachusetts, making him well-prepared to assist clients in finding their dream home and securing a winning bid. His hands-on approach, combined with his extensive background, ensures that his clients receive a personalized, efficient, and rewarding real estate experience.

Outside of his professional life, Patrick is a devoted family man, residing in Carlisle with his wife, two children, a dog, and a cat. Together, they enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, including camping, hiking, and participating in numerous sports.
