Briana Willander is a professional and driven REALTOR® based out of the Shrewsbury, Massachusetts office! She joined Lamacchia Realty when the brokerage joined forces with Thrive Real Estate in October 2024!

Briana’s clients have remarked on their appreciation of her ability to truly listen to their needs with dedication and compassion. Briana is a former resident of Shrewsbury and currently resides in Braintree. Whether it’s guiding the first-time home buyer or clients who are looking to transition to the suburbs to start their families; her passion is on full display.

In addition to a strong business background and expertise in the real estate market (including Central Massachusetts), she is also skilled with managing home renovations and can help her clients avoid the pitfalls sometimes associated with home remodeling. She recently completely restored a family home on the shore of Lake Winnipesaukee which was a labor of love since she loves spending as much time as possible at the lake. 

There is no doubt that Briana is the consummate professional but when it comes to down time, she finds it challenging to sit still. She prefers to be outdoors snowboarding and snowmobiling in the winter or playing golf, hiking or boating on Lake Winnipesaukee in the summer. With a zest for life, she describes herself as a “foodie” who enjoys time with friends visiting new restaurants, tasting good wine and traveling. She is an avid Boston sports fan – especially the Patriots.
