Brian was a broker of his family-run business Sears Real Estate for 22 years and specializes in assisting buyers and sellers throughout Central Massachusetts. Sears Real Estate later became part of Lamacchia Realty when both companies joined forces following their acquisition in 2024.

Brian served as the President of the Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley (RAPV) in 2013, awarded the RAPV Realtor of the Year in 2012, and is actively involved in various local, state and national committees.

Brian grew up in Springfield, MA.  He was the 5th (out of 6) child of Paul & Josephine Sears.  After graduating from Providence College, Brian worked as a CPA for KPMG in Springfield, Boston and Nassau, Bahamas before moving home in 2002.

Brian and his wife Tanya both love the historic homes and neighborhood of Forest Park and have settled to raise their two boys (Declan and Keegan) in the Forest Park Heights Historic District.

Brian and his family love spending time with the extended family, playing sports and traveling.  You can often find Brian and his sons skiing in the winter and golfing in the summer.
