Stephanie Priviti brings a decade of real estate experience and a strong legal background to every client relationship. After earning two college degrees back-to-back, a Bachelor’s in Criminal Psychology and an Associate’s in Paralegal Studies, Stephanie spent over ten years working as a Paralegal before deciding to follow her long-time dream of becoming a REALTOR®.

In 2015, she took the leap into real estate and has never looked back. Marking her ten-year anniversary in the industry, Stephanie has built a reputation for her unwavering dedication, clear communication, and genuine care for her clients. Her goal is simple yet powerful: to make every client feel happy, comfortable, and confident throughout the buying or selling process. She’s known for keeping her clients informed at every twist and turn and for building lasting friendships that extend well beyond closing day.

Stephanie’s deep understanding of law and contracts gives her clients a strong advantage, while her years working with people from all walks of life have instilled patience, empathy, and an ability to handle even the most complex transactions with ease.

Born and raised in West Haven, Stephanie continues to live and work in the same community she grew up in, a place she knows and loves deeply. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time at the beach, exploring nature, and caring for her beloved pets.
