Janice Johnson-Plumer, a licensed REALTOR since 2003, She joined Lamacchia Realty when the brokerage joined forces with Weichert REALTORS® Briarwood in June 2024!   Her goal is to achieve financial independence while helping clients reach their goals through honesty and accountability. With extensive experience connecting families with community resources, Janice leverages this background to support her real estate clients.

A lifelong resident of Brockton, Janice lives around the corner from her childhood home. She has been married to Lawrence Plumer for 26 years, and they have a son, Quincy, who is entering his senior year at Bentley University. Janice is also a personal trainer and a fitness enthusiast. Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Counseling at Framingham State University, she balances her studies with her career and family life, including their French Mastiff, Bronson.

Janice is active in her community, serving on the City of Brockton Democratic Committee and the City of Brockton Women’s Commission. She is passionate about helping women achieve their goals, whether it’s home ownership or securing stable housing and essential resources.
