Larry McNulty has been helping clients buy and sell real estate since earning his license in 2001. After a successful start, closing five deals in just his first six months, Larry never looked back. Known for his friendly personality, strong communication skills, and “whatever it takes” attitude, he credits much of his drive to his military background, where he proudly served two years of active duty and two years in the reserves with the U.S. Army.

Before real estate, Larry gained hands-on experience working in a variety of trades, from landscaping and construction to environmental air emission testing. He even ran his own landscaping business for five years, which honed his work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset. This diverse background taught him the value of hard work, adaptability, and perseverance, qualities he now brings to every client relationship.

Born in Manhattan, Larry grew up in New York before moving to Glastonbury, Connecticut, and has called Riverside, Rhode Island home since 1995. He takes great pride in guiding clients through one of life’s biggest decisions, always keeping their goals front and center. Whether buying or selling, Larry’s mission is to make the process seamless and rewarding.

Outside of real estate, Larry enjoys spending time outdoors camping and kayaking, relaxing by a backyard fire with friends, or discovering new restaurants. A lifelong dog lover and self-proclaimed food enthusiast, he appreciates life’s simple joys and the connections that make them meaningful.
