With over 3 decades of experience , Bernie Hassan has established himself as a leader in the real estate industry. Starting as a real estate agent with JNK Real Estate of Easton, Ma in 1986, he quickly advanced to sales manager in 1989. In 1991 he moved to Briarwood Real Estate as Sales Manager. In 2007 Briarwood purchased a nation franchise Weichert Realtors and became Weichert Realtors Briarwood Real Estate until June 2024 when they were acquired by Lamacchia Realty.

Bernie has been a key figure at  Weichert Realtors Briarwood Real Estate serving as Sales Manager and Relocation Director, overseeing agent training, recruiting, and corporate relocation transactions for a team of 35 agents. Bernie also oversaw relocation transactions for major corporations, ensuring smooth transitions for clients and compliance with all regulations. His leadership has driven their office to be the #1 company in the Northern New England Region for 11 consecutive years, from 2013 to 2023.

Bernie is deeply involved in the community, having hosted the talk show “Real Estate Today” on WXBR in Brockton, Massachusetts, and co-founded the Frontline Food and Pizza Drive for frontline workers during the pandemic. He also serves as a Brockton Parking Authority-Board Member, is on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Association of Southeastern Massachusetts and recently as President of the Northern New England Broker Council for his recent brokerage. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Bernie received the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® “Gratitude Project Award” in 2020.
