Prior to entering real estate, Brian was in the hospitality industry for many years. He has always enjoyed helping people and exceeding their expectations. In 2016, he decided to take his experience of servicing clients’ needs to the real estate industry. As a business owner himself, Brian could relate to the needs of residential and commercial clients. He grew up in Chelmsford, MA, and now lives in Andover, MA. Brian and his wife have three beautiful daughters and one handsome Golden. Brian’s enthusiasm for his work is infectious, he truly enjoys what he does and makes the process of buying and selling exciting. What do you enjoy doing outside of work? 

“Spending time with my beautiful family & my dog. Golf, skiing, surfing & riding my Harley.”

“My favorite sports are Soccer, Basketball, Skiing & Golf. New England sports fan. Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics & Bruins.”

This was our 3rd house sale in 20 years and Brian was BY FAR the best realtor we've worked with. He is a total professional but also a genuinely nice guy! If like us you question the value a realtor brings in a hot market we can honestly say we couldn't have navigated this process without him. People told us "your house will sell itself"… well getting multiple offers is great but it's just the beginning. There is so much more to the transaction than we thought. We had an EXTREMELY DIFFICULT buyer and even though the offer was "no contingencies" there were countless issues that arose during the time between the offer and closing day. Brian worked tirelessly on our behalf when dealing with the buyer their agents and their lawyers¦ his help was priceless and in the end we sold our home for 200k over asking setting a new "Price Per Square Ft" record in our town!
