Jen Maxwell is a professional and driven REALTOR® based out of the Dalton, Massachusetts office! She joined Lamacchia Realty when the brokerage joined forces with Home Sweet Home in October 2024!

Jen began her real estate career in 2018. She is dedicated to making each transaction smooth and successful by truly understanding her clients’ needs. By listening carefully, providing expert advice, communicating clearly, and utilizing the resources at her fingertips, Jen ensures that her clients reach their real estate goals. Her previous experience as a hair stylist and former salon owner has been invaluable to her real estate career, allowing her to build strong client relationships, excel in customer service, pay attention to detail, and leverage her entrepreneurial skills.

Known for being personable, detail-oriented, and driven, Jen grew up in Adams, MA, and has lived in Cheshire, MA, for nearly 20 years. She is married with two children, a daughter who is 19 and a son who is 17. Jen also has three dogs—a Shih Tzu, a Bernedoodle, and a Golden Mountain Doodle—and she loves spending time with her family. In her free time, she enjoys running and staying active.
