Alex Mejia is a licensed real estate agent with nearly a decade of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in residential sales across Greater Boston, Worcester County, and the MetroWest region. He brings a unique edge to every transaction with a background in finance, real estate investing, and property development.
Alex began his real estate journey by acquiring and renovating multifamily homes — a personal pursuit to build long-term wealth that quickly evolved into a passion for helping others do the same. With a foundation in finance and lending, he witnessed firsthand the power of real estate as a tool for building stability and prosperity — not just for investors, but for everyday families. That drive to guide others through smart, strategic decisions is what led him to become a licensed agent, and it continues to motivate the work he does today.
Before transitioning full-time into real estate, Alex worked in enterprise tech sales at industry leaders like Oracle and Salesforce, where he developed expertise in client service, negotiation, and solution-based selling — skills that now benefit his real estate clients every day. He holds a degree in Finance and Alternative Investments from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, where he focused on real estate and financial strategy. He also currently serves on the Grafton Zoning Board of Appeals, offering clients valuable insight into local markets and municipal processes.
Clients often describe Alex as calm under pressure, highly professional, and committed to their long-term success. He takes pride in helping his clients make confident, informed decisions that align with both their personal and financial goals.
Born and raised in Holliston and now living in Grafton, Alex also spent several years in Boston — giving him a broad appreciation for both urban and suburban lifestyles. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with his growing family, including his wife and their new baby boy. An outdoor enthusiast, Alex loves staying active through CrossFit, running, and golf, and enjoys traveling — with Florida and Barcelona on the itinerary this year for family adventures and much-needed downtime.
