Sarah joined Lamacchia Realty in July 2024 following the merger with Berkshire Dream Home. Before this, she served as the business manager for Berkshire Dream Home since 2016. At Lamacchia Realty, Sarah holds the title of Business Manager and plays a crucial role in managing the Dalton office.

In her position, Sarah oversees the operations and financials for the office. Her exceptional financial acumen and background in the school system provide her with a unique skill set that helps her organize and implement systems to create structure and routine in day-to-day operations.

Sarah’s path to real estate sales and management was quite indirect. She graduated from Saint Anselm College in 1999 with an undergraduate degree in psychology and went on to earn her C.A.G.S. in school psychology from Tufts University in 2004. Following her formal education, she worked as a school psychologist for nine years in Pittsfield Public Schools before transitioning to a role as an elementary school teacher. Life circumstances eventually led her to fully commit to her and her husband’s business endeavors, and she hasn’t looked back since.

Together with her husband Andy, Sarah is an entrepreneur at heart. They love supporting their staff and associates in all their endeavors. Additionally, they own and operate Berkshire UDrive Boat Rentals on Pontoosuc Lake and run a successful and unique Airbnb property in Cheshire, MA. Sarah and Andy have two boys, Jack and Alex, with whom they enjoy spending time and watching participate in various activities.
