Brooke is a long time resident of the North Shore and former owner and creative force behind Bancroft Studios. She grew up in Marblehead and made her way back in 2000 after spending the 80’s and 90’s in New York City. Brooke’s vast knowledge of the area coupled with her extensive background in sales and in-depth knowledge of the Massachusetts real estate market give her clients the advantage when buying or selling property. She is direct, honest, and will leave no stone unturned when it comes to offering the highest level of service.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“If it’s an outdoor activity, I’m in! If it’s an outdoor activity on the water, sign me up. Additionally, I have a background in the arts with a focus on abstract painting. When I’m not working with a client or playing outside you can usually find me in my studio space at the Lydia Pinkham Laboratories.”
Do you have a favorite charity?
“I try to seek out organizations that focus on local needs. The more I can help in my own community the better..”
What is your favorite thing about your job?
“Helping clients reach their real estate goals is incredibly fulfilling to me. Each client has his/her/their own specific needs and challenges and to be able to counsel and guide them through the process is an honor”
Do you have any pets?
“Sadly no, however, I am lucky to be a “Grammy” to my son and girlfriend’s sweet rescue named Sasha. I am her home away from home when they are traveling for business and we spend each morning of her visits watching the sunrise at Nahant beach while she desperately tries to catch the seagulls. ”
What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?
“It’s impossible to live in New England and not be a Pats fan but I will forever be nostalgic for the NY Nicks of the mid 90’s…”
