Cathy Toomey, is a seasoned real estate professional with over 45 years of real estate experience. Cathy has consistently been a leading real estate agent in Amesbury, MA. Originally from Reading, MA, Cathy became an integral part of the Amesbury community in 1975, where her commitment to helping others has made a lasting impact.
Cathy’s passion for community service is evident through her active involvement in local organizations such as the Amesbury Educational Foundation, Amesbury Rotary Club, and The Pettengill House. Her efforts have not only enriched the community but have also earned her prestigious recognitions, including two Realtor of the Year awards and an induction into the Amesbury Educational Foundation Hall of Honor. On November 14th of this year she received the Amesbury Chamber of Commerce Pillar of the Community Award.
She has two children and four grandchildren. Her partner Paul Gagliardi is a local real estate attorney.
Cathy joined Stone Ridge Properties in 1997 as a partner and owner and was instrumental in the expansion into the Amesbury market with their second office. Stone Ridge Properties joined Lamacchia Realty in a November 2024 merger.
