Kerryann Murphy has always known that real estate was her calling. After dedicating years to raising her son and managing her home, she decided it was time to pursue her lifelong dream. She began by investing in properties, and after much thought and consideration, she enrolled in the licensing course and officially launched her career as a REALTOR®. Today, Kerryann is proud to guide clients through one of the most meaningful journeys of their lives, buying and selling homes, with dedication, care, and expertise.

Outside of real estate, Kerryann enjoys exploring the open road with her husband on his 2011 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic. Together, they have taken countless rides to admire the breathtaking sights across the country, and one day, they hope to experience the roads of Alaska and Ireland.

Kerryann is also deeply committed to giving back to her community. For more than two decades, she has been an active member of The Loyal Order of the Moose in Marlborough, MA, participating in countless fundraisers and service projects. From helping organize a Haunted Woods Food Drive that once raised over 10,000 pounds of non-perishables for the Marlborough Food Pantry, to adopting families during the holidays to ensure children receive gifts, Kerryann has always found joy in serving others. She also supports The Younique Foundation, a cause close to her heart, which provides a safe haven and healing retreat for women who have survived sexual assault.

With her strong sense of community, passion for helping others, and determination to make dreams a reality, Kerryann brings warmth, dedication, and professionalism to every client relationship.
