Lamacchia Realty is honored to announce the Company has been named the #1 Top Place to Work for Large Companies in Massachusetts in the 17th annual employee-based survey from the For the fourth year in a row, Lamacchia has ranked in this survey due to staff and agent feedback. This marks the second year in a row that Lamacchia Realty earned this recognition, having also been named as the #1 Top Place to Work in the large company category in 2023. Additionally, the company ranked #2 in the small employer category in 2022 and also placed 4th in the small employer category in 2021.

On Wednesday, December 4th, awards were given at the annual Boston Globe Top Places to Work 2024 Celebration at Big Night Live in Boston Lamacchia Realty’s Vice President of Human Resources, Kim Beaulieu, said a few words as she accepted the award on behalf of Lamacchia Realty. Members of the Lamacchia Realty leadership team were also in attendance at the celebration.

The Top Places to Work 2024 issue is published online at Globe.com/TopPlaces and in Globe Magazine on December 5th.  Workplaces are recognized by their employees who vote by submitting their opinions of their company’s direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement. The employers are placed into one of four groups: small, with 50 to 99 employees; medium, with 100 to 249 workers; large, with 250 to 999; and largest, with 1,000 or more. Employees are asked if the company has “been putting employees first, supporting their needs while still providing a vibrant, forward-thinking place to work.”
