Tuesday, October 29, 2024 – Thrive Real Estate of Shrewsbury has joined forces with Lamacchia Realty. Their location at 26 Maple Avenue in Shrewsbury, MA will now be the Lamacchia Realty Shrewsbury branch location. Anthony Lamacchia, Jackie Louh, John Millen, and the leadership team of Lamacchia Realty are thrilled to be expanding in the local market, alongside the Lamacchia Realty Northborough, Worcester, and Auburn offices with this well-respected brokerage.
This high-performing brokerage was founded by Maribeth Lynch in 2014, who is regarded as a leader in the Central Massachusetts and MetroWest Massachusetts markets. With over three decades of experience in the field, she is one of the region’s top-producing REALTORS® and is deeply entrenched in the communities she serves. Her client-centered approach has made her a trusted resource for her clients in Shrewsbury and the neighboring regions.
When Maribeth opened Thrive, she did so with the help of her husband Rick, and she did it with a desire to provide uncompromising service to her clients. Rick initially offered to assist with simple tasks which quickly evolved into Rick taking on the role of CEO, overseeing all financial operations and becoming the company’s “go-to” for any challenge that arose. These two great companies joining forces will likely place them as the number one brokerage in Shrewsbury by Firm. Anthony Lamacchia first captured Maribeth and Rick’s attention in 2020 during the pandemic. His videos urged REALTORS® to get out and service buyer and seller clients as essential workers who needed to continue their work despite the pandemic. Maribeth and Rick followed his advice, leading to their best year ever! They were hooked and continued to follow Anthony on social media as he grew his company and his brand. During the recent NAR legal settlement, he again stood out as a leader. Maribeth sent Anthony boxing gloves that said, “Never Stop Fighting”. Those gloves hang over Anthony’s desk to this day.
Along with Maribeth and Rick, five REALTORS® will join Lamacchia Realty, including Briana Willander, Ashley Davidson, Whitney Andrews, Mike Andrews, and Tracey Calo.
