Lamacchia Realty is happy to officially announce that Berkshire Dream Home has joined the company.  This great brokerage owned by Andy and Sarah Perenick serves all of the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts with a main office at 2 Depot St Dalton, MA. Berkshire Dream Home was the number one company in Berkshire County for the most real estate sales transactions in both 2022 and 2023 selling well over 300 homes each year. Anthony Lamacchia and the leadership team of Lamacchia Realty are thrilled to be expanding to the Berkshire County Market with this well-respected brokerage.

Dalton BillboardAndy and Anthony first met at a National Association of REALTORS® event in New Orleans in 2011. Andy later became a customer of Anthony’s Crush It in Real Estate Training and coaching.  All of the agents at their brokerage utilized the many training courses in the Crush It online training center for the last several years.  Andy and Sarah would have periodic coaching calls with Anthony requesting his feedback and consultation.  His guidance helped them to implement many practices that laid the groundwork for their success. Berkshire Dream Home was the only Massachusetts brokerage allowed as a training customer since they were geographically located in a territory that Lamacchia Realty didn’t serve at the time, but they do now.

Sarah and Andy, along with the REALTORS® and staff at Berkshire Dream Home are actively involved in their communities and focus on giving back to local foundations such as Strong Little Souls in which they have raised more than $100,000 in funds to support families facing pediatric cancer diagnosis.

Lamacchia has over the years implemented a highly aggressive marketing campaign in all the markets it serves to boost the company’s market reach.  Now that Lamacchia is in the Berkshires a very bold marketing strategy is in place to grow the company even more and to help add more top REALTORS® to the Dalton office. The marketing plan features additional billboards on major roadways, TV ads, social media posts, postcards, newspaper ads, and much more. 

Andy and Sarah Perenick began Berkshire Dream Home in 2014 after each of them transitioned from careers outside of real estate.  Andy began as a buyer’s agent in 2004 and in a short amount of time became a top producing agent in Berkshire County.  Sarah joined Andy in real estate in 2015 as the business manager for their brokerage.  In under a decade, their homegrown brokerage was ranking as the number one company in Berkshire County.  This is largely due to their client focus and ability to attract like-minded REALTORS® to their company.  Along with Andy and Sarah, Doug Collins, Jessica Rizzo and Michele Auriemma have been leaders in the company helping their agents provide top-ranking service to their clients and grow their businesses.

This marks Lamacchia Realty’s 7th acquisition in Massachusetts in the past year with the prior acquisitions in Easton with Briarwood Real Estate, Auburn with Emerson Realtors, Springfield with Sears Real Estate, Falmouth with Foley Real Estate, Fall River with Right Choice Real Estate, and Seekonk with Keystone Property Group. Lamacchia Realty is excited to bring on even more REALTORS® in Berkshire County in the weeks and months to come.
