Anthony Lamacchia, along with the Lamacchia Realty leadership team, are excited to be bringing on this successful and well-respected group of REALTORS® as well as opening a branch office in South Easton to serve buyers and sellers in this area.

Raymond Ferrone began his career in the industry building homes in the 1960’s. In 1986, he then officially opened Briarwood Real Estate and in 1989 built the building they are in to this day. Bernie Hassan joined Briarwood Real Estate in 1991, having been a REALTOR® since 1986. After managing his previous company for two years, he continued his growth to become a top producer and has been managing the day-to-day operations of Briarwood over the years. Ray and Bernie have brought on many agents, applying the same tactic of training, and educating new agents into top-producing REALTORS in their market. Among them, Greg Murphy, Cathy Ferrone, and Christina Martinez have been largely part of the leadership. Greg, Cathy, and Christina are leaders within the group as homegrown top producers in their markets.
As Ray has shifted focus back to building new construction, and Bernie has been taking care of the day-to-day management of Briarwood Real Estate, it became clear to them both that it was time to move to a brokerage that offers what Lamacchia Realty provides. They were certain about being able to help this fantastic group of REALTORS continue to provide expert service to their client bases while also giving them the opportunity to reach higher goals. Joining Lamacchia made that possible without them having to reinvent the wheel or manage any of that internally
The REALTORS® at Briarwood Real Estate are actively involved in the communities in which they serve. They support initiatives which invigorate the local towns and communities by participating in efforts such as Easton Lions Club, Annual Toys for Tots Drives and local parades.

Lamacchia has over the years implemented a highly aggressive marketing campaign to dramatically boost the company’s market reach in the region but will accelerate it even more to help add more top- REALTORS® to the Easton office. The marketing plan features additional billboards on route 24 and other major roadways, social media posts, postcards, newspaper ads, and much more.
This marks Lamacchia Realty’s 6th acquisition in Massachusetts in the past 11 months with the prior acquisitions in Auburn with Emerson Realtors, Springfield with Sears Real Estate, Falmouth with Foley Real Estate, Fall River with Right Choice Real Estate, and Seekonk with Keystone Property Group. Lamacchia Realty is excited to bring on even more REALTORS® in Boston Metro South Massachusetts in the weeks and months to come.
