The Boston Business Journal has officially named Lamacchia Realty to its exclusive Fast 50 list, representing Massachusetts’s 50 fastest-growing private companies. Every year, the Fast 50 companies are chosen and ranked based on revenue growth from the past four years; this year was 2020-2023. Boston Business Journal’s research department then analyzes those numbers methodically. In 2024, Lamacchia Realty ranked 40th on the Fast 50 List with 80.7% growth from 2020 to 2023! This is the seventh year in a row that Lamacchia Realty has made the list! Only 21 of the 50 companies that made this year’s list made it last year, so it is rare for a company to make it seven years in a row!

Boston Business Journal held its annual event for the Fast 50 Honorees on Thursday, May 16th in the Boston Seaport. Several members of Lamacchia Realty’s Leadership Team were in attendance and accepted the award, including Vice President of Finance Sarah Chaisson, Director of Marketing Cole Gargaro, and Director of Business Development, John Millen.

Companies on the BBJ Fast 50 must have their headquarters in Massachusetts and must have reported revenue of at least $500,000 in 2020 and $1 million in 2023 were considered.
