November 30, 2023– Lamacchia Realty is honored to announce the Company has been named the #1 Large Company Top Place to Work in Massachusetts in the 16^th annual employee-based survey from the Boston Globe. For the third time in a row, Lamacchia has ranked in this survey due to staff and agent feedback. Lamacchia Realty was ranked #2 in our category in 2022, and in 2021 the company ranked #4.

I truly feel honored to see Lamacchia Realty achieve this award as The Top Place to Work for Large Companies in Massachusetts. Even though the real estate industry is currently experiencing challenging times in this high interest rate environment, it goes to show that if you treat people the way you would like to be treated, or as my great 4th Grade Teacher Mrs. DiMascio taught me, do unto others as you would want them to do unto you, and operate a company with radical transparency, people appreciate it and still enjoy their workplace. I want to sincerely thank all our Employees and REALTORS for the high praise in their surveys which led to us winning this award. I would also be remiss to not thank our entire Leadership Team for leading the way they do because without them this wouldn’t be possible. On Wednesday, November 29th, awards were given at the annual Boston Globe Top Places to Work 2023 Celebration at Big Night Live in Boston. Lamacchia Realty’s CEO, Anthony Lamacchia, said a few words as he accepted the award on behalf of Lamacchia Realty. Members of the Lamacchia Realty leadership team were also in attendance at the celebration.

The Top Places to Work 2023 issue is published online at Globe.com/TopPlaces on the night of December 1st and in Globe Magazine on December 5. Workplaces are recognized by their employees who vote by submitting their opinions of their company’s direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement. The employers are placed into one of four groups: small, with 50 to 99 employees; medium, with 100 to 249 workers; large, with 250 to 999; and largest, with 1,000 or more. Employees are asked if the company has “been putting employees first, supporting their needs while still providing a vibrant, forward-thinking place to work.”
