This comprehensive report evaluates the top 1,000 brokerages in the nation based on their annual sales volume, transaction sides, and agent count. T3 Sixty prioritizes sales volume as the primary criterion for ranking, as it serves as a fundamental metric for calculating agent commissions, franchise fees, and overall company revenue. Therefore, they feel sales volume best reflects a company’s overall strength.

As of December 31, 2022, Lamacchia Realty secured an official ranking of 212th out of 1,000 brokerages in the residential real estate brokerage industry in the United States. This represents a significant improvement of 73 positions compared to its rank in 2022, where it stood at 285th. This is the third year in a row Lamacchia Realty has been recognized. The company concluded 2022 with an impressive sales volume of $1.7 billion. Notably, among the brokerages mentioned in the Mega 1000, only approximately 20% are independently owned. This makes Lamacchia’s accomplishment that much more remarkable!
