The RealTrends 500 has released its annual list ranking the top 500 brokerages in the United States. This list uses data compiled from the previous year, 2022. Lamacchia Realty once again made the list in multiple categories!  This is the seventh year in a row that the company has ranked, but most excitingly, for firms based in Massachusetts in 2022, Lamacchia Realty is #1 in Massachusetts by transaction sides!

Lamacchia Realty was ranked 213th by Closed Transaction Sides for 2022 among the 500 largest brokerages in the United States. This is up 82 spots from 2021. 

For firms based in Massachusetts, Lamacchia Realty was 1st by transactions sides!

For Closed Sales Volume, Lamacchia Realty was ranked 211th, this is up 52 spots from 2021.

For firms based in Massachusetts, Lamacchia Realty was 3rd by sales volume!

Lamacchia Realty once again achieved the Billionaires Club and was ranked 211th among the brokerages that achieved over $1 Billion in Sales Volume in 2021. This is up 52 spots from last year.

In the Largest Independent Brokerage category, Lamacchia ranked 68th, up 19 spots from 2021.

 

In the Top Movers by Transaction Sides category, Lamacchia Realty ranked 34th. The Top Movers by Sides category is ranks the brokerages by the actual numeric increase in transactions sides year to year between 2021 and 2022. 

 

In the Top Movers by Volume category, Lamacchia Realty ranked 47th. The Top Movers by Volume category ranks the brokerages by the increase in sales volume year to year between 2021 and 2022.
