We are thrilled to share that Maribeth Lynch has officially earned a spot in the 2025 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club! This marks her first time qualifying, a prestigious milestone achieved by surpassing $16,000,000 in sales volume so far this year. A distinguished leader in the Central Massachusetts and MetroWest real estate markets, Maribeth Lynch has seamlessly blended more than three decades of industry expertise with a deep-rooted passion for client service. In 2014, she founded Thrive Real Estate Specialists, a brokerage with a strong presence in Shrewsbury and surrounding towns in Worcester County. She joined Lamacchia Realty in October 2024, when Lamacchia acquired Thrive, and she continues to be a leading force in Central Massachusetts real estate.

Since joining Lamacchia, Maribeth has made a great impact in a short amount of time. In 2024, she was named the #1 REALTOR® with the Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume out of the Shrewsbury Office. She also earned her spot on the 2024 Top Producer Circle by surpassing $9 million in sales volume. Additionally, she was ranked #1 in Shrewsbury, MA, for her closed sales dollar volume and closed transactions in the town. Most recently, Maribeth was honored on the 2025 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals List.

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas, and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members are expected to travel to Aruba late next year.
