Peter Herzig is a dedicated REALTOR® with a passion for helping people make the North Shore their home. Having grown up in Newburyport, Peter’s journey took him around the world after joining the U.S. Marines, where he served, fought in a war, and traveled extensively. Despite his wide-reaching experiences, his love for the North Shore area brought him back to settle in Amesbury, where he lives with his wife, Christina, and their three children—twin 9-year-old boys and a 5-year-old daughter. The Herzig family enjoys all the region has to offer, from its beaches and mountains to its proximity to Boston.

Peter’s career as a REALTOR® began in 2020, motivated by his desire to help others find a home in this exceptional area. With a collaborative, client-centered approach, he is known for his attention to detail and commitment to clear, honest, and transparent communication throughout every real estate transaction. Peter is proud to be a part of the Lamacchia Realty team, where he leverages the company’s resources and experience to produce outstanding results for his clients.

In addition to his real estate career, Peter works for the U.S. Department of Transportation as an Environmental Protection Specialist, focusing on alternative fuels and sustainability initiatives, particularly in aviation. Outside of work, he is deeply involved in his community as an Executive Officer on the Amesbury Little League Board of Directors and a coach for youth sports, including baseball, flag football, and basketball. Peter’s diverse skills, military background, and community engagement make him an exceptional choice for anyone looking to buy or sell in the North Shore area.
