Ben has been in the Real Estate industry for nearly 10 years, all with Lamacchia Realty. He began his selling career helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals by providing high-quality service. With the continuing education/training Lamacchia Realty offers, agent performance is drastically improved and Ben capitalized on this. Being able to provide top-notch client service has been a focus of his career and he takes that same service-orientated mindset into his current role as Assistant Regional Manager. Ben’s focus now is coaching agents to help them achieve their own goals and to be able to provide for their family.

Prior to Real Estate he worked in the Hospitality industry as a Restaurant Manager where he created quality guest experiences to gain ‘customers for life”; a mindset that he has taken into Real Estate to be successful. Ben also has experience coaching CrossFit where he has helped vast amounts of clients achieve their health and fitness goals. Ben believes that a healthy body and mind will help anyone have success in their professional career.
