Julie Annese is the Administrative Assistant for Lamacchia Realty’s Amesbury and Newburyport offices. With a strong background as an executive assistant across industries including health care, construction, and law, Julie brings years of organizational expertise, adaptability, and a proven ability to work seamlessly with diverse teams and personalities. Her experience with a wide range of responsibilities and software systems makes her a valuable asset in supporting both agents and clients.

Although newer to real estate, Julie is eager to learn the business from the ground up, with a personal goal of one day becoming a homeowner herself. She views her role as an opportunity to gain insight into the industry while contributing her skills to ensure smooth operations and exceptional support.

A lifelong resident of Revere, Massachusetts, Julie has a vibrant life outside of work. She shares her home with two Pomeranians, Vixen and Merlin, and also owns a horse named Doodle. Her hobbies include competing in canine sports such as scent work, FCAT, and rally with her dogs, horseback riding, downhill skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, freshwater fishing, cooking, and cheering on the Boston Bruins. Beyond competing, she also teaches and judges canine scent work, a passion that blends her love for dogs with her dedication to community and sport.
