Nestled in the heart of Salisbury, Massachusetts is Pettengill Farm – host to the magical Fairy Gnome Discovery Walk and Art Stroll. For a single weekend, this historical farm is transformed into an enchanted haven of over 200 meticulously crafted fairy and gnome houses to explore.
A Magical Experience Awaits
Follow along the trail of a one mile wooded path that leads to the salt marsh and back!
Stroll through lush gardens, enchanted forests and the serene marshland all while experiencing the creativity, nature and wonder that you will find in each and every fairy and gnome home.
New This Year: Art Stroll
Pettengill Farm’s front lawn will be dedicated to showcasing artists from across New England and the opportunity to purchase their work, which includes painting and sculptures as part of the Art Stroll.
Family Friendly Fun
More than just a walk through the woods, the Fairy and Gnome Discovery Walk is an experience. Along the trail you will discover fairy tales being read, live music and improv theater experiences. Take part in a free craft activity or treat yourself to something savory or sweet at one of the food trucks that will be on hand.
Plan Your Visit – Rain or Shine
Visitors should dress comfortably and practically – this is a working farm and has uneven terrain.
Since the event will take place rain or shine, dress in layers and be prepared for New England weather – have an umbrella and sunscreen on hand! Add a little whimsy to your visit and wear your favorite fairy wings or gnome hat to add to the experience.
