Currently serving as the Director of Sales at Discover Central Massachusetts, she promotes Worcester and its 35 surrounding towns as premier destinations for meetings, events, and trade shows. With over 20 years of experience in hospitality and events, including leadership roles at SER Exposition Services, Cyprian Keyes Golf Club, and the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Charisse has honed exceptional skills in customer service, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation—skills that seamlessly transition into her real estate practice.

A lifelong resident of Central Massachusetts, Charisse proudly holds the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation and is involved in the local community through organizations such as the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Realtors Association of Central Massachusetts.
