“There are so many reasons, but primarily, Lamacchia’s welcoming atmosphere, client-centered business model, unrivaled training program, and unique home search tools, appealed to my work ethic.”

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“I love discovering new hiking trails with my family and foraging for wild edibles/medicinals. I venture to restaurants along the North Shore with friends, enjoy studying genealogy, and love reading historical fiction. I also spend time on interior decorating and landscaping. I love all animals.”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“I am an active supporter of many local nonprofits, two of which are Beverly Bootstraps and Windrush Farm Therapeutic Equitation (WFTE). Other organizations I champion include those which attend to mental health issues and animals and children in need.”

What is your favorite thing about your job?

“I love building rapport with my clients and creating a trusting relationship, which often leads to a lifelong connection.”

Do you have any pets?

“Not at the moment, but you never know what the future holds!”

What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?

“I enjoy activities like hiking, swimming, and biking….Anything in nature!”

High marks for Lauri Dyer, who has what it takes to find her find her customers' success but also to earn their satisfaction. Lauri certainly has the competence to help a customer through the twists and turns of a sale. For me, it seemed like there were many. Above/beyond that, it was Lauri's care and communication that somehow still made the seemingly raucous journey smooth. While I am new to--even naive about--the buy/sell process, I am of the type who wants to understand process intricacies. Lauri was my realtor for both the purchase and the sale (a little over a year later) of my condo. I fully recommend Lauri! While the purchase was easy, the sale had a number of hiccups with the seller that Lauri managed and kept me calm. A good realtor needs to be a combination of a business person, a leader, a researcher, a marketing professional, an administrator, and a therapist. Add-in a touch of handyman, decorator, and pitch-in moving help and you must have Lauri Dyer as your realtor! A good realtor should be able to speak comfortably and knowledgeably to you, to the other realtor, to the lawyer, to the inspector, and to the appraiser. Oh, and possibly the trades-people you needed to do last-minute repairs/inspections but you can't meet at the door because of your schedule so your Realtor kindly steps in to make it happen. Again, if this is your experience, you must have had Lauri! Lauri did all of this and was thoroughly professional and knowledgeable and kind. I absolutely recommend Lauri Dyer to anyone buying or selling!
