With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Sara has held a variety of roles, including marketing, digital media, internal operations, and transaction management. Working behind the scenes with some of the top agents and teams in the Boston area has given her invaluable expertise, setting her apart from many agents who lack this strong foundation.

You’ve been in the business for quite some time. What made you decide to switch to Lamacchia Realty?

“The support, tools, and training that Lamacchia offers are unique to what other offices have. My goal is to grow my business, and I know Lamacchia is where I need to be in order to do just that.”

Giving clients the best possible service is every REALTOR’s goal. How does Lamacchia Realty better help you serve your clients?

“There are so many new tools and technologies that Lamacchia has – I believe my clients will benefit greatly from this. Lamacchia also has a large global network, for any of my clients who decide to move out of state, or even across the country!”

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“I love spending time with my family, we frequently can be found at one of my kids’ sporting events! I enjoy working out, peloton is my daily go-to. I spend as much time at the beach as I can during the summer and I love to travel to warm places!”

What is your favorite part of your job?

“Helping my clients is what it’s all about. I love having a small part in someone’s home purchase or home sale. I am a problem solver and a hand holder – real estate transactions can be stressful and overwhelming, I try to make it an enjoyable process, and a seamless transaction.”

Do you have any pets?

“We love our red lab, Remy! He is almost one year old, and is my favorite thing about 2023!”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“I really love supporting local – so throughout the year, I partner with The Pettengill House. I do fundraisers with them to support families in the Greater Newburyport area.”
