Rosalee has been working in real estate for 15 years and is licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She lives in Topsfield with her husband Jason and her daughters Stella and Lena. Her oldest daughter, Zoey, a graduate of Quinnipiac University, has now joined the team as her executive assistant. She is active in her community, often volunteering for various committees, boards, and fundraising projects. Rosie is frequently among the top-producing agents in her office every month and won the award for Highest Sales Volume in the Beverly Office in 2020 & 2023! What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“I love spending time with my family vacationing around New England. We love pontooning around Lake Sebago, trying new dog parks with our giant puppy Ledger, exploring scenic roads in my convertible whenever I can, and taking the family to the beach. I also enjoy going to Gillette for Patriots games, watching football, eating tacos, and drinking fine tequilas.”

What is your favorite thing about your job?

“My favorite thing about this job is the relationships that are formed along the way, from my co-brokers to clients, nothing quite bonds you like a real estate transaction! I mean, come on, no other job lets you creep through hundreds of houses a year without getting arrested!! (just kidding, I hope you laughed)”

What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?

“I am an avid football fan, obviously, I love the New England Patriots; they are the best team in the world. I also like the Boston Bruins and going to games in the city!”

Rosalee DiScipio was truly exceptional. It was a no-brainer for me to work with Her after I was recommended to her by a good friend. Rosie was able to coordinate selling our condo and finding us our new house at the same time working out the timing so we were not left needing temporary housing (not an easy feat in the current market). The rest of her team is also fantastic Brianna and Jess were so helpful to us. Her recommendations for lawyers/inspectors/lenders etc. were also top notch. Even after both closings were done and her work was technically through she would still check in and be our number one advocate for any issues that arose. She truly went above and beyond we simply couldn't have done it without her.
