The Chelmsford office went from 67 sales in 2020 to 208 sales in 2021 (per MLSPIN 1/1/20 – 12/31/20 vs. 1/1/21 – 12/31/21). That is a 210% increase in sales in the first year, some of which can be attributed to the absorption of the Westford office in early 2021. While the housing market in 2021 had its challenges, our Chelmsford area REALTORS® proved they are here to stay!
