Lori Mickle joined Lamacchia Realty in October 2024, bringing a wealth of entrepreneurial experience and a passion for serving her community. A licensed REALTOR® since August 2024, Lori is expanding her career into real estate while continuing to lead and inspire as a salon owner and hairstylist. With over three decades of experience in the beauty industry, Lori has owned her salon since 2005, managing a talented team of 15 stylists.

A graduate of Berkshire Community College with a business degree, Lori combines her expertise in customer service, business management, and relationship building to provide exceptional experiences for her clients. Having lived in Pittsfield, MA, since the early 1980s and in Lanesborough for the past 23 years, Lori is deeply rooted in the Berkshires.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Lori is an active individual who enjoys CrossFit, yoga, and traveling. Married for 25 years and a proud mother of four sons, Lori’s home is filled with love, laughter, and many pets. Her dedication to her family, community, and career makes her an invaluable asset to her clients and colleagues.
