Jose first came to the U.S. in 1997 as a recipient of a Georgetown University scholarship. Since then, he has accomplished impressive milestones, including receiving awards at Berkshire Community College for academic achievement, community service, and leadership—remarkable achievements for someone who spoke no English when he arrived in the country.

When he’s not making clients’ dreams come true, Jose enjoys cycling through the breathtaking Berkshire Hills or visiting family and friends in Guatemala. Beyond real estate, he has dedicated time to supporting individuals with autism and physical and intellectual disabilities, helping them live richer, more meaningful lives. He is also a passionate advocate for fair housing for all.

Jose has completed financial trainings and courses through international organizations, personally immersing himself in programs focused on debt reduction, strategic savings, and money management. Drawing from personal experience rather than just theory, he became a leading community resource on financial literacy. Today, he stands as a successful businessman, homeowner, and immigrant who has achieved the American Dream—completely debt-free except for his mortgage.
