Sai Kamasani launched his real estate career with Lamacchia Realty, inspired by the experience of purchasing his first home in 2020. As an immigrant and first-time homebuyer, he experienced firsthand how many questions and challenges can arise during the process. With the help of a knowledgeable realtor, his own experience was smooth and stress-free— motivating him to guide others, especially fellow immigrants and first-time buyers, through their homeownership journey with confidence. Over the years, Sai has also managed rental properties, giving him valuable insight into real estate from both a homeowner and investor perspective.

Born and raised in India, Sai moved to the United States several years ago and now lives in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, proudly serving clients throughout the Berkshires and surrounding areas. With a background in software management and a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, he brings a detail-oriented, analytical approach to every transaction. As an active real estate investor involved in home renovations and property flips, Sai combines technical expertise with hands-on experience to help clients make smart, informed decisions.

Outside of real estate, Sai enjoys flying as a private pilot, playing pickleball, and spending time with his dog, Bumi, a 40-pound Bernedoodle full of pure love and energy. He loves exploring new places and has traveled to several countries—Japan being one of his favorites that he hopes to revisit soon. He also enjoys Latin dancing—especially salsa and bachata—which reflects his passion for movement, rhythm, and community.
