Andy Perenick Named 2025 REALTOR® of the Year for Industry Volunteerism

Lamacchia Realty Berkshires REALTOR®, Andy Perenick, has officially been named as the 2025 REALTOR® of the Year for Industry Volunteerism by the Berkshire County Board of REALTORS®! This award recognizes an individual who demonstrates excellent service to both the REALTOR® community and the local community. This is his second time receiving this recognition, previously earning it in 2012. This achievement represents years of Andy’s unwavering commitment to supporting and uplifting others, all while demonstrating leadership and professionalism in the real estate industry. 

Andy currently serves as the 2025 President of the  Berkshire County Board of REALTORS®, and sits on multiple committees, including MLS, government affairs, and many more. In his local community, Andy has previously served as the Chair of the Dalton Board of Health and the Dalton Planning Board and earned the Civilian Civil Service Award from the Dalton Police Department. Since his brokerage, Berkshire Dream Home, joined forces with Lamacchia Realty in July 2024, Andy has continued his community service with the annual Giving Back Gala for Strong Little Souls and has raised money for Boston Children’s Hospital through the Corporate Cup.
