On October 26th, 2024, The Berkshire Eagle announced the winners of its annual Best of the Berkshires Awards. Lamacchia Realty Dalton, formerly Berkshire Dream Home, is honored to be officially named the Best Real Estate Agency in the Berkshires for 2024!

The Best of the Berkshires is an annual choice voice event in which tens of thousands of Berkshire residents vote for the best businesses and organizations in the county. Categories for the awards range from Best Restaurant to Best Plumber, to of course, Best Real Estate Agency.

In addition to winning Best Real Estate Agency, the office’s very own Jessica Rizzo took home the award for Best Real Estate Agent in the Berkshires!

Berkshire Dream Home has been expertly serving buyers and sellers throughout Berkshire County for over a decade before they joined forces with Lamacchia Realty in July of 2024. To celebrate 10 years in business, they hosted their very first Give Back Gala, which raised over $100,000 for Strong Little Souls, a charity supporting local families facing a pediatric cancer diagnosis.

The merger of the two brokerages marked Lamacchia Realty’s entrance into the Berkshire County market, and together, they aim to continue the excellence level of service, and Western Massachusetts expansion for years to come. Earning the Best of the Berkshires recognition once again is a testament to all of the hard work and dedication from the office’s REALTORS®, and we couldn’t be more proud! The brokerage will be honored at the 2024 Best of the Berkshires Event on November 14, 2024.

Lamacchia Realty continues to make waves throughout Berkshire County and is excited to bring on even more REALTORS® in Berkshire County in the weeks and months to come. Along with Berkshire Dream Home, Lamacchia also joined forces with award winning brokerage Home Sweet Home Real Estate based in Pittsfield, MA in October 2024. This marked Lamacchia Realty’s 8th acquisition in Massachusetts in the past year with the prior acquisitions in Easton with Briarwood Real Estate, Auburn with Emerson Realtors, Springfield with Sears Real Estate, Falmouth with Foley Real Estate, Fall River with Right Choice Real Estate, and Seekonk with Keystone Property Group.
