Andy Perenick of Berkshire Dream Home/Lamacchia Realty Dalton wins 2024 Berkshire REALTOR® Spirit Award

Andy Perenick, REALTOR® and Broker Associate of the Lamacchia Dalton/Berkshire Dream Home office, was the recipient of the 2024 Berkshire REALTOR® Spirit Award this past weekend. 

This award is given to individuals who consistently demonstrate professionalism as a REALTOR® and support other practitioners through their actions, words and cooperation. Paired with their willingness to go above and beyond for their colleagues and clients, Andy does all of the above effortlessly. 

Andy as well as Jose Larios, the winner of 2024 Berkshire County REALTOR® Good Neighbor Award, were two of the winners from the Berkshire REALTORS® Awards Dinner that was held on Friday August 23rd.
