Phyllis Padula-O’Brien is a compassionate, driven, and accomplished REALTOR® with a strong foundation in sales and customer service. Her journey into real estate began after a successful career as a Physician Recruitment Manager, where she honed her skills in listening closely to individual needs, building strong relationships, and matching professionals with the right opportunities. She discovered that helping physicians find the perfect job was strikingly similar to helping clients find the perfect home—and she’s never looked back.
With over five years of real estate experience, Phyllis has built a reputation for being approachable, kind, and incredibly attentive to detail. Her clients consistently commend her for her tenacity, perseverance, and the genuine care she brings to every interaction. These qualities, combined with her natural ability to connect with people, have led to long-lasting relationships and repeat business—a testament to the trust and rapport she establishes with every client.
A lifelong Massachusetts resident, Phyllis grew up in Watertown and now resides in Bridgewater, where her 96-year-old mother lives next door. Deeply rooted in her community, she has a long history of giving back. She served as a Wish-Giver for the Make-A-Wish Foundation for over 20 years, creating unforgettable memories for countless families. For a decade, she also provided food and hygiene services to the homeless, always guided by her heartfelt commitment to serve others.
Phyllis is an active member of the Sons and Daughters of Italy and proudly serves as Chairperson of the organization’s scholarship committee, helping local students pursue higher education. She is also actively involved in her church community.
