Lauren McLean began her real estate career in August 2020, driven by a lifelong passion for homes and property. Her interest in real estate blossomed from attending open houses, comparing homes, and analyzing their values. When Lauren and her husband sold their condo and faced a challenging transaction while purchasing their first home, she became motivated to delve deeper into the intricacies of the real estate process. Today, Lauren is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their real estate dreams, whether they’re first-time buyers, upsizers, or downsizers. She takes pride in understanding her clients’ unique goals and supporting them through the process to make buying or selling as smooth as possible.

Lauren’s professional background in Human Resources serves as a strong foundation for her real estate career. As the former Director of Human Resources at a small IT firm, Lauren managed recruiting, benefits, employee relations, and negotiations—skills that seamlessly transferred to her role as a REALTOR®. Her ability to navigate complex situations, mediate conflicts, and collaborate with diverse individuals makes her an asset to buyers and sellers alike.

Born and raised in Easton, MA, Lauren later moved to Foxboro and now resides in Mansfield with her husband, children, and two beloved dogs, Rylee and Brady. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, staying active at her local gym, and traveling. Summers often find her relaxing on the lower Cape, while winters are spent skiing or escaping to warmer destinations.
