Before becoming a REALTOR®, Shayne worked in industrial hygiene, ensuring that renovation and construction projects adhered to essential health and safety regulations. His work laid the foundation for his detail-oriented and client-first approach. His transition into real estate began with personal investment, which gave him valuable insight into how sellers think and what it takes to succeed in the market. From there, he expanded into property management, learning the ins and outs of commercial real estate and the experiences of renters and investors alike.

Originally from Roxbury and now living in Randolph, Shayne enjoys spending time with family, playing chess, watching movies, landscaping, and cheering on the Boston Celtics—especially with his grandmother.
