Lamacchia Realty Officially Celebrates Easton Office Grand Opening
After joining forces with brokerage Briarwood Real Estate and opening the Easton branch office in June 2024, Lamacchia Realty was thrilled to celebrate the official grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, August 20th, 2025! Briarwood Real Estate has been ranked as the #1 company in Northern New England for 11 consecutive years by their previous franchise for providing top tier services to South Easton, Brockton, and Boston Metro South.
We were honored to have in attendance Raymond Ferrone, the founder and owner of Briarwood Real Estate, along with his daughter Cathy Ferrone, Bernie Hassan, Greg Murphy, and Christina Martinez, who have been a large part of Briarwood’s leadership. Of course, our Easton-area REALTORS® and agents from other branch locations also joined us to celebrate the opening of the newly updated office. In addition, we were also joined by many staff members, friends, and clients who enjoyed the fun!
The Easton office is one of many new offices to join the Lamacchia Realty map in the past few years. In 2024, joined together with SIX brokerages in addition to Briarwood Real Estate, including Emerson Realtors in Auburn, MA, Sears Real Estate in Springfield, MA, Berkshire Dream Homeauburn in Dalton, MA, Home Sweet Homes in Pittsfield, MA, Thrive Real Estate in Shrewsbury, MA, and Stone Ridge Properties in Amesbury and Newburyport, MA. Most recently, in July 2025, Lamacchia Realty opened its first location in Rhode Island, with the addition of Tirrell Realty in East Providence, RI!
In 2023, Lamacchia joined forces with Foley Real Estate in Falmouth, MA, Right Choice Real Estate in Fall River, MA, and Keystone Property Group in Seekonk, MA. Lamacchia also expanded into Southington, CT, Salem NH, Northborough MA, Beverly MA, Chelmsford MA, and Braintree MA, officially stating their claim in markets the company has already been serving for over a decade. In the summer of 2020, Lamacchia purchased the historic 451 Main Street office in Waltham. Finally, after years of referring clients to other companies, Lamacchia opened its very first office in the state of Florida in 2020. The Fort Lauderdale office expands its presence beyond the New England area, allowing the company to serve the South Florida market.
