Doug Caito is a dedicated REALTOR® with over a decade of experience, having entered the real estate industry in 2011 after a successful career in the auto and boat upholstery field. With a lifelong passion for real estate, Doug’s journey began by owning and flipping properties, which naturally evolved into a full-time career helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.

Doug works with clients of all types: from first-time buyers to seasoned investors,and prides himself on providing guidance, education, and support throughout every step of the transaction. His own experience with home renovation and investment gives him a unique edge when helping clients assess properties for value and potential.

Deeply rooted in his community, Doug serves on the Planning Board in Barrington, Rhode Island and previously spent four years on the town’s Zoning Board. These roles give him valuable insight into local development and zoning processes, further enhancing his ability to advise clients with clarity and confidence.

When he’s not helping clients or working on a renovation project of his own, you can find Doug enjoying time on the water, hitting the golf course, playing tennis, or cheering on the Red Sox.
